Debbie Radzinsky, LCSW Headshot: Licensed Psychotherapist in Austin Texas and New York

If you’ve found yourself here, you might be longing for something to change. Maybe you’ve been holding it all together for everyone else while quietly unraveling inside.

On the outside, you seem fine—but inside, you feel disconnected, exhausted, or stuck in patterns you can’t quite shift.

You miss yourself. You want to feel joy again. Peace. Meaning. Aliveness and Connection—in your relationships, in your body, in your life. And while you may not know exactly how to get there, something in you knows it’s time.

This is where healing begins—not by pushing through but by gently turning inward.

For over 25 years, I’ve had the honor of walking alongside individuals and couples through seasons of change, grief, growth, and renewal.

I work with people who are exploring how to form deeper, more authentic and secure relationships—whether with a partner, family, or themselves. Many are highly sensitive adults, many come feeling tired of old emotional patterns: fear of abandonment, people-pleasing, over-functioning, and emotional shutdowns. Others are navigating infertility, inner child wounds, trauma, the stress of parenting, or simply seeking more intimacy and ease in their lives.

I support people who’ve learned to survive by adapting—those who’ve always been the strong ones, the caretakers, the peacekeepers. But something in them is ready for a different way.

Our work together is a place for real, lasting change—a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and begin to understand what’s been shaping your emotional life.

It's a place where what has been carried can be seen with compassion, allowing new ways of relating to yourself and others to take root.

You deserve inner peace, joy, meaningful relationships, and the freedom to feel fully alive.

“May you remember your ability to choose what is deeply nourishing. May you ignite your power to make choices that align with your soul. May you take action in the name of your authentic fire. May you find the courage to heal, be free, and grow"

My Approach

Therapy is a sacred space—one of the few places in our modern world where you can slow down, tune in, and truly be with yourself. A space to connect with your emotional life - in your body, and in the parts of you that may have gone quiet over time.  In this space, you can bring your whole self—messy, raw, grieving, hopeful, unsure.

Much of what shapes our experience—our reactions, beliefs, and relationship dynamics—lives outside of conscious awareness.  The unconscious is often quietly running the show, repeating familiar scripts from the past in ways we don’t always understand. When the unconscious becomes conscious, we gain more freedom to choose how we live, relate, and respond.
